The UNITED SIKHS Kashmir Relief Team has been hard at work delivering aid to those who have been left with nothing but the clothes on their backs.

With your kind donations and support, our incredible and valiant team has been able to distribute medicine worth 1.5 lakh at Gurdwara Clinic (Bazulla Baghaat), which has become the main rescue clinic where life-saving medicine has been distributed. The team as has also circulated over 900 blankets to deprived victims at the Gurdwara Complex (Barzulla Baghaat(, Community Center Rescue Camp and Mehjoor Nagar. Today, our ground volunteers will be travelling to inaccessible areas to donate blankets and food aid.

UNTED SIKHS ground volunteer, Jatinderpal Singh, who has been working in the Srinagar area said: “The condition is very bad in Srinagar district. The district has lost everything. Everyone who lives in the village has been affected. The destruction is massive and they cannot use anything from their homes, people are literally broken and they have nothing left”.

“There is a still a lot of medical shortage. We are also in need of more blankets and utensils to eat food. “

The UNITED SIKHS Humanitarian Aid team still needs your support to send aid to these vulnerable communities! The work has only just begun; we still have a long way to go in order to bring Kashmir back to normality!

Make a difference, make an impact, and make a change. Kashmir is counting on us!
